What is ATG-Pay Now? 

Auction Technology Group or ATG is the owner of Proxibid.com our selling platform. The online 'pay now' feature allows for secure and seamless payment infrastructure using Payrix software. Easier than ever, a winning bidder can proceed with self-checkout after an auction. The bidder is able to select that they wish the auction to arrange shipping of their merchandise or if they will be a local pick-up instead. For those picking up their items, an appointment should always be coordinated first using the Sign-Up Genius app. A link is included in a winning bidder invoice, and always open for booking on Falcon America's website. 

Ensure before every auction that you read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Information such as payment and pick-up can be subject to change.  Bidder's Premium varies by auction.

Payment Forms Accepted: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card (Cardholder MUST be present). 

How do I check the shipping status of my item? 
After an invoice is paid, it will move forward to the shipping department. Once your item is ready for carrier pick-up, tracking information will post to your Proxibid.com online invoice. If you are having difficulty locating your invoice on Proxibid, ensure that the correct month (in the drop-down box) is selected. 

Where do I send an FFL certificate and how will I know if you've received it?
FFLs can be emailed to [email protected]. Do not call the auction to inquiring if your FFL has been received. If we do not have your documentation, the auction will reach out to you. All FFLs must go through a verification check. Staff answering our phones may not have access to your FFL status at the time of your call. Delays in invoice processing may occur when an illegible, expired or incorrect form of FFL certificate are sent.  

How long does the shipping process take? Items are typically shipped in the order of readiness. First paid and first to send any required documents, such as an FFL certificate are generally at the front of the line after an auction. Any delays (even if it's just a day or two) such as paying for your items or not sending your FFL can significantly increase your shipping time. However, expedited shipping is always available. If you wish to have your items shipped faster, please reach out as quickly as possible to let us know you are in a hurry. We can discuss faster shipping options and fees. As answered in the previous question, if we are missing any certificates/documentation for your purchase, you will be contacted. Delays in shipping can also occur if payment is not received for shipping charges. 

Understanding your shipping charges The winning bidder is responsible for the cost of all shipping. Please note that the most inexpensive means of shipping provides the least accountability. Each package includes a minimum of tracking and delivery confirmation. Adult Signature is added to all packages containing a firearm, gun or ammunition. This is a conscious effort to assist in keeping communities safe, by ensuring a written acknowledgment of receipt with an adult signature is obtained at the time of delivery. Your intial invoice from Proxibid.com will not include your shipping costs. For bidders that have made their intial invoice payment through Proxibid.com, the auction will automatically charge your card on file for shipping. You will receive a second invoice from Proxibid.com that displays the shipping total. Unless your credit card on file has declined, the shipping amount has already been collected by the auction and there is nothing else you need to do. Your Proxibid portal will be updated with your tracking information. Along with your shipping fee will be any other additional fee that has not yet been collected, such an an FFL Fee or California Document Fee. A processing fee is collected by Proxibid.com on all card transactions. Proxibid will collect any sales tax on shipping (if required by your state). The auction is under no obligation to ship items. Shipping is a process that benefits those who cannot pick-up their items in-person. For the security of your delivery, auction does not accept prepaid labels. For those who pay by wire transfer, shipping fees will be collected by the auction directly. 

Firearm Auction Fees-These fees are non-refundable

$10.00 FFL Fee for each firearm sold with a hammer of $25.00 or more. This is applicable to all bidders.
$20.00 California Document Fee for all FFL required items shipped to bidders in the state of California. 
$10.00 Background Check Fee-FDLE
$20.00 Multiple Background Check Fee-FDLE (Having two or more firearms)
$26.00 Firearm Transfer Fee (If paid with card) $25.00 Firearm Transfer Fee (If paid with cash)

Credit Card Processing Fee-4% Non-Refundable, applied to all credit card transactions. Proxibid.com collects a processing fee for all online payments through ATG PAY. Falcon America South collects a processing fee for all in-person payments. There is no processing fee on cash transactions or wire transfers. The auction does not consume processing fees on behalf of the bidder. 

EZ-Lister Submission Form We discontinued this form as of 2024. If you wish to consign merchandise, contact us directly. At the time your item(s) are dropped off they will be eligible for listing. We no longer "pre-list" items that have not arrived. 

Sign-Up Genius Appointment Scheduler-All pick-up of merchandise requires an appointment. Please do not arrive at the auction without an appointment. This includes regulars, dealers, haulers, etc. Appointments allow the auction to provide its best service to all customers. A link to Sign-Up Genius is sent to all winning bidders after the auction has ended. Each appointment will provide a time for your transaction. Example: 4:00pm-4:30pm. This means that your appointment BEGINS at 4:00pm. As a courtesy to other appointment holders, please do not arrive early, please do not arrive late. If you need to reschedule, you can do so using the Sign-Up Genius mobile-friendly app, or you can contact the auction directly. At anytime following the auction, you can also visit our website to access Sign-Up Genius (www.FalconAmerica.com). If the auction cannot determine the validity of an appointment due to missing bidder information (full name, paddle number), the appointment may be terminated without notice.
