What is ATG-Pay Now? This is a new and improved check-out system hosted through Proxibid.com with Payrix. It allows a bidder to self-checkout. During this process, a bidder can select local pick-up or for the auction to arrange shipping. Bidders can pay invoices using a credit card. If you will be picking up your item at the auction, you should coordinate an appointment on our Sign-Up Genius app. Please do not arrive for pick-up without an appointment. How do I check the shipping status of my item? Your Proxibid invoice will be updated online with tracking information once it is ready for carrier pick-up.
Where do I send an FFL certificate and how will I know if you've received it? FFLs can be emailed to FAS@FalconAmerica.com or Faxed to 561-537-7123. If you FFL has not been received within a few days after the auction, you will be notified by one of our staff. Do not call and ask us if your FFL has been received. Since all FFLs must go through a verification check, and ensure that the correct FFL type of certificate for your items has been received, that information may not be readily available by staff answering our phone.
How long does the shipping process take? Items are typically shipped in the order of readiness. This fee is for each item requiring an FFL with a hammer over $25. All bidders pay this fee, including FFL dealers. Adult Signature is added to all packages containing a firearm, gun or ammunition. This is a conscious effort to assist in keeping communities safe, by ensuring a written acknowledgment of receipt with an adult signature is obtained at the time of delivery.
