The details bidders usually need before calling.
How does online payment work?
Proxibid is owned by Auction Technology Group. ATG Pay lets winning bidders self-checkout online after an auction and indicate whether shipping or local pickup is needed.
Do I need an appointment for pickup or dropoff?
Yes. Every visit requires an appointment through SignUpGenius or direct coordination with the auction. Arriving outside the appointment window can affect service.
Where should FFL certificates be sent?
FFLs can be emailed to fas@falconamerica.com. Falcon America will reach out if documentation is missing, illegible, expired, or incorrect.
How do I check shipping status?
Once an invoice is paid and required documents are received, shipping moves forward. Tracking posts to the bidder's Proxibid invoice when the package is ready for carrier pickup.
What payment forms are accepted?
Cash, wire transfer, and credit card are accepted. The cardholder must be present for in-person card payments. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
What firearm fees may apply?
Firearm-related fees can include FFL fees, California document fees, FDLE background check fees, multiple-background-check fees, and transfer fees. Review each auction's terms before bidding.
